Nogle gange er larverne af natsommerfugle decideret smukkere end imago. Den her Hedenonne-larve er da i hvert fald lige så nydelig, som den voksne er grå og kedelig at se til.

Dark Tussock is one of several examples that the moth larvae are often more photographic desirable than the imago. The adult Dark Tussock is a rather dull grey creature but the larvae are spectacular with their contrasting bundles of black and white hair glistening in the sunlight.
